Ordering, deposit, lead times, collection, cancellation and refund.
Document being validated by local counsel (Moroccan obligations). The final text will be published before online ordering opens.
Rules already communicated by the house
- Artisan production, made to order. Order fully confirmed at least 72 hours before the collection date.
- Mandatory 50 % deposit of the total. The order and slot are confirmed once the deposit is actually received; no preparation starts before.
- Payment: cash preferred; bank deposit or transfer possible. Balance payment method to be specified.
- Cancellation possible up to 48 hours before collection; the amount paid remains with Le Moment Choux (final legal wording to be adapted to Moroccan terms of sale).
- Changes or additions: ideally 72 hours before collection; after that, subject to feasibility and confirmation.
- Storage in the refrigerator, cold chain kept; enjoy within 48 hours of collection.
- Collection only, Izdihar area, Marrakech; no delivery for now.
- Personalisation on request and on quote, with a supplement depending on the elements needed.
