A chou is judged in the mouth, but it is made with rigour: chosen ingredients, controlled cold, a well-kept kitchen. It is our condition for offering.
Made on the day, to order
Nothing is produced in advance: the batch is started for your order, once the deposit is received. No stock, no day-old piece.
Chosen ingredients
Butter, cream, couverture chocolate, fresh fruit and hazelnut praline roasted in the kitchen. Composition and allergens are detailed on each creation page.
A well-kept kitchen
Daily cleaning plan, dedicated uniforms, batch and date traceability: the same standard for ten pieces or for an event.

Which lead time should I plan?
The order must be fully confirmed at least 72 hours before the preferred collection date. Large quantities and events are quoted, from 7 days.
How does the deposit work?
A 50 % deposit of the total confirms the order and the slot. A date request is not a confirmation: no preparation starts before the deposit is received. Cash preferred, bank transfer possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellation possible up to 48 hours before collection; the deposit paid is retained because of purchases and preparations already made. Changes or additions: ideally 72 hours before collection, then subject to feasibility.
Where do I collect my order?
Collection only, in the Izdihar area of Marrakech: the day, slot and exact address are given in the confirmation message. No delivery for now.
